  2. Only... It wasn't metal.... It became Hardrock. Ironically St. Anger, with its massive flaws, brought them back as a metal band.

  4.  @67hundredthz  yeah... But it was a bad evolution. The album sucked. Production wise maybe it was a milestone but they lost their edge and decided to embrace the Mainstream. It worked for them but they never got a nickel form me thereafter. Bob Rock was a boon and a bane.
