  3.  @vuboy122288  not sure why the opinion of one judge matters, literally doesn't make it unconstitutional. That's not how the Supreme Court works. I especially like the part where you suggest that Kavanaugh is "allowing" the CDC to do distribute previously allocated congressional funds. This is the exact reason why we have the separate branches of government.
