  7.  @seanbrennan7071  you need me to explain the cost of living increases, and inflation over time and how the minimum wage adjusted for those things would be $24 an hour right now, but corporate lobbyists have been working diligently to keep the wage as low as possible? Definitely not going to go into all the details about something you can look up for yourself, that you should know as an adult, but choose to pretend isn't something that's real. Let's just say back in the day that in a family of four, a husband could work a single job, pay for his house, pay for two cars, and live completely comfortable, now it's the opposite.
