  3.  @metalrooves3651  well you don't know the law..... you're just reasoning it out by your own uneducated experience. I understand what's required to get a first-degree murder conviction. I know of criminals that they tried to charged with first-degree murder that got off because they were unable to prove it, they should have brought up a lesser murder charge and they would have gotten a conviction.
