  1. Even RBG admitted that roe vs wade was bad law. Gun rights are constitutionally guaranteed and abortion is nowhere in the constitution. This is and has always been a state issue,the Supreme Court is to interpret the law not make it. Ian,why does the will of the people in individual states frighten you so much? California thinks much different than the Bible Belt,why shouldn’t laws reflect the will of the people it affects? Despite your and the lefts screaming of voter suppression we have record voter turnout. Remember Georgia? Another of your narratives. It’s easier to change laws you don’t like at the state level,vote for Christ’s sake and quit with your one sided bullshit. Really,law professors that don’t understand constitutional law? It’s no wonder the country is in a mess.
