  1. As a paraplegic I often wondered about these claims as my bowel routine seems to work best every 3 days even though I went multiple times a day before my accident. Great videos ,maybe some for the disabled community in the future might broaden your audience

  2.  @macforme  yes it is a lengthy process and I believe you are right about the lack of motion to a degree but to a certain degree we just have to rely on gravity? Thank you for the feedback😀
