  1. Laws are there,enforce them. Cops arrest and DA’s release and the carnage persists. People shouldn’t be walking the streets with 10,20 even 50 or more convictions to their name. Soft on career criminals is the problem,come down hard on them and the rest have no one to follow. With that said a person bent on mass murder is impossible to stop,they will find the means but we must stop using their names and giving them the infamy they crave so much.
