  1. Well, attacking a bldg. where there's an alleged drone exhibition occurring may or may NOT be a legitimate military target. Everyone knows that Ukraine makes use of repurposed commercial drones in its war effort. And striking an EXHIBIT is far different from striking a weapons dump. Very little actual materiel would have been lost. The bulk of supplies would have been elsewhere. As far as personnel, they most likely would have been low-level procurement officials there to assess the possible uses of drones on exhibit. Now, had Russia hit a MANUFACTURING facility, as Ukraine did in Moscow, the Ukrainian war effort could have suffered a serious blow. Guess Russia figured if it couldn't find the REAL target, it would just take out a few samples, & some civilians along with them. SLAVA UKRAINI!
