  2. um, when have they ever argued that the US needs anything more than what they just prescribed for the country in this story? how is it that they've made the US more culpable and thus require a greater solution, or imply that there is a greater problem within the States; can you state a specific position where they are prescribing anything more than education for the US on "rape culture"?
