  2. hence why evidence is so important in making any claim of factual relevance. what would the "one party" you mention say, that's truthful, without any evidence? nothing that's certain, that's for sure. it would ALL be emotional -- but we have the evidence, and can see things more clearly, hence, our logic is (now) not as superfluous an attempt to corral reality's many perspectives, in order to assume a righteous decision...it is now depended on as a truthful accuracy of visual data.
