  2. Lockdowns didn't even occur within a timely fashion, and was too late. It was ultimately useless, even doubly so, useless, seeing that the decision was TOO LATE. Plus, if there wasn't a major shift in policy, regarding the tracking of CV-19, then it would have been, as the guest above said, "a delaying" of what would ultimately be inevitable.
