  2.  @sandra2631  People are [all] narcissistic on some level. Given the right [or rather, more like 'inappropriate'] circumstances, instances, happenstances, whatever, you'd be "narcissistic". It's when it is 'clinical' as in, it can classified as a disorder, that 'narcissism' takes on these "more than negative" traits [that is, not only pathological, but dangerous to themselves or society, by way of bodily harm].
