  1. That brief period before the storm was before the system could operate as it does: now it can: soon to be coming to to a theater near you. And the war machine buckles China's infrastructure "projects", and their positive and customary laws, shift with every shift given enough time to proceed. It feeds off of capitalism and uses it against it, as it grows it's war-apparatus: as the huddled masses are inculcated into newer communist paradigms, their fate is sealed.
