  1. Can 'history' be objective? nah. Not really. Time can be objective, but it can't be objectively measured nor experienced. And history, sans time, is just storytelling which tells a particular story, nothing universally told: so it can only be objective in the sense of it being both subject to interpretation, and having the "facts" (also impossible to truly be "objective" about) of material conditions to tell, so that it seems more or less "real".
