Race as interpersonal and individual problem This is the main issue with this presentation in this philosophy. It's a corporate insinuation of white people only because it's look at systemic racism and going "no, this can be swept under the rug, and we can do things this way, and we need to get people going into these fields to recognise that they will have to pander to "other races" [other than white] to get them to buy things", and only by making them misrecognise this systemic component can these corporate junkies steamroll over the history, and get people to simply follow in their lead. The problem isn't the notion of "fragility", but how it's being used in a political long-game by those who simply want make money and whom have to ignore the fact of their position in life, their "fragility" ironically enough, and how the history results in this, and how this systemic component factors into race relations. It's a way to take advantage of this and usurp any "outsider" [from the incorporated] from any true comprehension.

Backlash Why? Because of the fact of the diversity being shown to be a lie. How so? by claiming to want to cement this corporate culture with white fragility in toto people [all people] can see the lie on the face of it, right there...just look at China...and Africa...we look, and we look at the history, concerning Europe and the US and all capitalist endeavor...and you realise something...this is all planned to make them more money. And this is all. It's not planned to make sense, or achieve some kind of improvement for us. It's ultimately just them 'covering their asses'.

Unfortunately, fragility is kind of a thing. I don't think it's necessarily a "whites only" problem, though. See the irony? This might be corporate "wokeness", but they have to be "woke". There is some truth here that can't be ignored. People are fragile about their racial identity. It's almost as if it's not at an individual level, though, but more of a group-level of re-enforcement.
