Manhattan STILL isn't underwater...was supposed to be by 2000. I've lived on a tributary of the Bay for ~20 years & have seen ZERO rise in that time, & I see it every day. PS: dontcha worrie bout mys bilitee to reed ang rite...where I work, MS is the norm, & PhD's aren't uncommon - and NOT in history of basket weaving. We speak/write clear, concise English, & don't use obscure words. Chow. :)
