@FunkyMunkyLuv Show me a single Republican that wouldn't have done all the same things. Sadly, in this election, we've got a choice between a fascist and a Reagan Republican in blue face. I don't like that calculus, but I'd prefer a Reagan Republican than a fascist unfettered by any oversight.

@FunkyMunkyLuv Using the NDA to inflict government control onto a corporation is not a fascist move, though. Fascism is authoritarian government working in hand with corporations. Telling corporations what to do goes against that. Fascism would be, say, holding army future assistance to the civilians unless he increased his stranglehold on the judiciary, which is exactly what's going on now.

Trump's ideology is very clear - power, prestige, and money for him, and inflict as much suffering as he can on those he perceives as insufficiently deferential. He's a toddler mentally, and a dangerous one. There's no way to push him to the Left, because it runs counter to ant of his inherent inclinations.
