  2.  MidScream1  Increase government taxes and completely eliminate the private taxes we pay to insurance companies, along with all copays and deductibles. That's a solid trade off. Also, you say "and illegal Mexican" like Mexicans aren't the aforementioned "man, woman, and child," which they are. And immigrants already get medical care now via ERs, the least efficient and most expensive way to deliver care. But thanks for thinking the Rich will leave the country to move to a nation with a more progressive tax system. That's clearly bullshit. I appreciate your endorsements for free healthcare and college, though. At least we've convinced you of something.
