  2.  @jenhadar5079  I haven't forgotten. Obama had to deal with a whole lotta bullshit from the GOP. But he never reached the point of just saying "fuck it" and fighting back. In point of fact, there was an opportunity to put Garland on the court even without McConnell's participation, but he wouldn't because he was still insisting on playing by the rules despite the obvious destruction of those rules by the GOP terrorists' death cult. He could have fought harder and gotten his record out there constantly, but he rarely went to the mat in a way that I think we really needed to push back against the Right. He was a decent president, but he wasn't nearly as good as he could have been based on his campaign rhetoric.
