Nice try. Especially when Soviets saved your ass from Nuremberg trials as a nazi ally.

If Finns have no glorious past let them forge it and belive in it. They were victims blablabla, making concentrational camps, killing women and children, participating in the Genocide of Leningrad population. That nazi thug Mannerheim lived a long life when he should had been hanged like other nazi criminals.

Thanks you. Everyone here thinks Finns was victims but in fact they stabbed Soviet Russia in 1918-1920. They saw Russian Empire was no more and paid us for everything good they had by ethics cleansing russian population, their own population which was sympathetic with Soviet ideology. During WW2 they helped nazis killing Leningrad population by starving them to death.

@jm-holm Anyway, Finns were no better than nazis. Camps, killing civilians, genocide is what those monsters have done and it has been documented very throughly. Whitewashing your past is just hilarious. It is like speaking to a German who denies Holocaust.

@techtical7079 Finland was Nazi Germany until decisively switched sides lol. Moreover, many Finns were being part of Waffen SS and killed hundred thousands people in concentration camps. By The Associated Press Feb. 10, 2019 HELSINKI — An Israeli Holocaust historian praised authorities in Finland on Sunday for publishing a report that concluded Finnish volunteers serving with Nazi Germany’s Waffen-SS “very likely” took part in World War II atrocities, including the mass murder of Jews. Efraim Zuroff of the Simon Wiesenthal Center lauded the release of the findings by the National Archives of Finland, even if doing so was “painful and uncomfortable” for Finland. Mr. Zuroff called the decision an “example of unique and exemplary civic courage.” Finland’s government commissioned the independent investigative report, which was made public Friday. It said 1,408 Finnish volunteers served with the SS Panzer Division Wiking during 1941-43, most of them between the ages of 17 and 20.

@techtical7079 I doubt that everyone could handle to be a part of Waffen SS. Anyway, I'm truly amazed how Finns are trying to whitewash their nazi past instead of accepting it and moving on.
