  1. If the Brits had somehow negotiated AUS and NZ through Washington treaty (maybe allowing the US to sell one or two of it's 12" ships that would otherwise be scrapped to Phillipenes) would a modernized AUS/NZ be a viable cruiser killer in WWII or would it be just too far obsolete
