  1. The only laws I saw being broken were committed by the Nevada State Police and the DEA.. First off, that was an illegal stop, since there were no traffic laws being broken... So there was no just cause to pull him over... And secondly the illegal search and seizure, since there was no just cause to stop him in the first place, and then question him and then search the vehicle.... He was not under investigation for trafficking, so the DEA should have never been involved..period . This country has been slowly turning into a fascist bureaucracy with law enforcement acting as the Gestapo.... We must see your papers!..
