  1. You know anything they actually learned during these crazy days of cold war experimentation would still be going on. They destroyed the vast majority of mkUltra but even the known surviving stuff is wacky as shit. But you know anything actually learned (an there must be a massive amount of data) is being used or still tested to this day. Theyre like "Oh yeahhh all that crazy human experimentation, yea we learned absolutely nothing from it whatsoever so we juststopped and destroyed everything before anyone could actually read it because it was just boring anyways..." you know they learned all kinds of crazy shit abut drugging people without their knowledge and how to perfectly blackmail someone with hidden cameras and such. This was in the 60's too. Not to mention all the other crazy shit. They learned and are still using the best techniques learned from those wacky days. Its not like theyre just going to discount data that they were looking for, lol. This shit is perfected by now. i dont know if thats scary or not. but maybe.
