Joe is actually spot on when he talks about how he would be even more afraid if it were humans that had this technology. 17:25 Its well known and highly documented that these things have exceptional technology. Thats pretty much a fact now. People are still maybe trying to wrap their heads around it but its factual. And what Joe says is perfect...it would be MORE frightening if humans had this tech because we dont trust eachother. We would trust aliens, they have amazing technology and perhaps millions of years of history. But we humans still dont trust each other. Its sad but true.
