  1. It was funny growing up in Ottawa at the time of toms local show. It was the funniest shit on television , on a local community channel. Some of his all time best pranks were in that era too. he was just a kid with a camcorder and he did some of the crazyest shit seen on tv for no money ..just to amuse himself and his small audience . It kind of encapsulated the 90's in a way. the early stuff he did. and it turned out his style and ideas became very popular. its amazing how many people and shows have taken the stuff he did a long time ago and become huge. He was ahead of the curve. kinda shitty he didnt get the kind of money people have gotten that have come after him basically doing the same stuff. but thats showbiz
