My close friends (Canadian) used to teach in China for about ten years . They would always send or bring back (on visits home) this shit for me. Probably have ten different variety bottles (now empty) here. Shit is always absolutely disgusting. They all taste kind of different too. The last and fanciest one he got me came in this special clay ornamental bottle/vase thing. It tasted like pine needles mixed with 97% alcohol. It was brutal, lol. But as bottles on your bar or whatever...its always interesting giving someone the chance to have a Chinese drink. Its got to be the most foul tasting alcohol in existence. Its like they didnt even bother trying to give it a bit of pleasant taste. they just said screw it... it gets you messed up. Shouldnt really be for human consumption. its funny though and does get you wasted.
