If you dont have lot of money and this definitely works when you have alot of money too is investing in a S&P 500 account and let it grow then once you have enough pull it out to get a property you can afford along with money you have saved. Then do it again and again. Every little bit helps! Once you have 4 houses the 5th comes easier and the 6th arrives even quicker.

The scary part is the credit card company arent only making 19% interest or more off people they are making 19% or more COMPOUND INTEREST off each person who doesn't pay off their cards and run the balances month to month. Stay away from them. Dont get bit playing with snakes, dont play with fire if you dont want to be burned. What ever you want to say.
