  1. He's referring to the Business "Debt market", cost of doing business like leasing rates, goods, interest rates on business loans and so forth. Like Tillman said on here "he has billions in debt." He's a billionaire but also billions in debt, he leverages his debt. Its very a risky game of house of cards that few can pull off.

  4. What hes saying is that although stimulus was giving out for the reasons for people just to get by that are hurting in actuality people are turning around with those extra funds and using them for luxuries. Also people are riding unemployment because they are lazy and abusing the system.
