  15. I’ve been on several whale watching tour in Victoria, BC where I live. There used to be two pods (J and K pods) that lived around Vancouver Island. There is only J pod here now. The marine biologist said that the other is no longer here. However, the transient pod do come to visit from California. It’s pretty great living on the West Coast of B.C.

  32. They need to have speed rail in North America and within each country. That’s why I love traveling in Europe, the high speed trains are so convenient and accessible without so much delays compare to traveling by plan. I feel that the North American continent is so backwards and behind the times. Asia is more advanced in their transportation infrastructure compared to us here.

  53. I would not spend money on a cab, it’s too expensive. I would use public transportation as it is a great way to see the city taking the public transit as all the places you want to see may not be close in proximity. Taking the public transit will save you time.

  62. Yeah, I’m all over this trip, not! There are plenty of more beautiful places to go and see than Switzerland at a much more reasonable price. The site is not all that. The Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park in BC. This is just meh to me. I much prefer Banff, Jasper and Yoho to this.
