  1. I’ve been on several whale watching tour in Victoria, BC where I live. There used to be two pods (J and K pods) that lived around Vancouver Island. There is only J pod here now. The marine biologist said that the other is no longer here. However, the transient pod do come to visit from California. It’s pretty great living on the West Coast of B.C.
