  2. The crazy thing too is there are thousands of brand new cars coming in every year to the state, even without the last year or year before being sold and sitting on the lot still.

  3. Here in Virginia there are so many dealership everywhere. All the different brands, but lots of resale dealers. I rarely see any old cars on the road and no clue how anyone can afford these. Besides the cost you pay for the care, you have to deal with maintenance and repairs at high prices to keep the warranty valid. Its not uncommon to pay $700 for a routine maintenance visit to keep the warranty good. All my cars including my truck I bought new are between 2001 to 2006. I repair them all myself. All these vehicles that people are paying $500 a month and up for will will be on the second hand market within a year. Either repossed or the owner had to take a loss.

  4. Older people will usually buy a new car just about returement, but they buy it outright because they saved and it will be their last car. I know of an elder couple that has nice cars, but went and traded one in for a new Ford Bronco, which ain't cheap.
