  1. Seems highly implausible to me. The western media keeps pushing very far fetched conspiracy theories involving Putin. He's got cancer and Parkinson's and the dark forces in Russia are just about to dispatch him in a cellar or poison his tea etc. This is predicated on Russia doing very badly in the war and running out of fighting shovels while the Ukrainians have access to the latest game changing wonder weapon from the rapidly depleting NATO armouries and so on. Reality is the war is going fine for Russia they have blown up Ukraine's weapons and arms stocks and are in the process of blowing up NATOs. They have destroyed one NATO standard army and are now doing the same to the hastily reconstituted replacement comprising of press-ganged teenagers and old men. Putin has an approval rating in the high 80s whereas western leaders are generally loathed. So overall I would be very surprised although the Ukrainians may get some suicidal Neo-Nazis together in Wagner garb to attack a soft target in Russia to promote the idea.
