  13. Expect much more of this. The situation in Ukraine is completely different to last year. The Russians have comprehensive intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance capability, air superiority (almost supremecy) , massive defence networks, far more firepower, far more men who are far more capable than the barely trained teenagers and old guys conscripted by Ukraine.

Of course the BBC are 100% certain than humans are causing dangerous climate change, That Putin is terminally ill and Russians are desperate to remove him. Reporting their claims uncritically makes you complicit in their lies and reduces your credibility if that's possible at this point. Then you double down on that by claiming it was a trap for Russians when it was clearly a trap for Ukrainians, sent to their slaughter by a very nasty regime headed up by an idiot.

But Newsnight seems to think it's strange that fellow Slavs would support Russia who came to Serbia's aid during the NATO invasion in 1999. After NATO had done all the things to Serbian infrastructure that we are so concerned about Russia doing to Ukraine today.   36. The "insurrection" claims are ludicrous anyway. Jan 6 was a mostly peaceful protest and a minor riot. It was far less damaging than the BLM riots of the summer, including the one which laid siege to the Whitehouse. The only people killed on the day were protestors by the police including Ashley Babbitt who was shot dead in cold blood. All the indications are it was actually a provoked false flag event.
