I believe the Russians in this. Boris Johnson has probably caused a million Ukrainians to lose their lives unnecessarily.

@keith8609 There was a peace deal end of March 2022. The Russians had even withdrawn from Kiev in a show of good will. Had that been implemented, LPR and DPR would still be part of Ukraine and all those Ukrainians would still be alive. There was no reason for Russia to massacre Ukrainian civilians in fact they have been extremely careful to avoid civilian casualties the entire course of the conflict, unlike the US in Iraq for instance. So it seems far more likely to have been a staged event to me.

@keith8609 There was, it had been initialled. Pretty clear that it was sabotaged just like they are now sabotaging chances of a Trump peace deal with the pointless but incredibly provocative missile strikes into Russia.
