It's probably time to make a strategic withdrawal from the media Rupert. Fewer and fewer people think Ukraine stands a chance (or ever did). More and more think it was a complete waste of western money which never needed to happen if the West hadn't acted so arrogantly with Russia. Putin gave everyone ample opportunity to avoid bloodshed, Stoltenberg admitted there would have been no invasion if NATO had simply taken a less offensive military posture. There were the Minsk accords that the West treated as a cunning ploy to con the idiot Russians and build up the Ukrainian army. And of course Bojo torpedoed the peace deal last April. The Russians have rightly lost patience with us and intend to prosecute the war to a Ukrainian surrender on their terms and there is precisely nothing we can do about it.
