  4.  @luzr6613  They have mainly used older tanks because there haven't been many real tank battles. A modernised T72 is all they have needed so far. And the Western tanks have been no better than the Russian ones.

  5.  @kevinsmarts9953  Did you see the F35 that crashed on it's delivery flight this week. That's computer bugs for you, fly by wire very easy to become crash by wire. I expect the turret problem is a similar electronic control issue.

  6.  @kevinsmarts9953  That's not true. T-90s have been seen on video in many actions. Apparently T-80s have been performing very well with its gas turbine engine that actually works properly.

  8.  @kevinsmarts9953  The best tank is the one which completes it's mission. The problem with western tanks is they were designed to fight a different war, under different circumstances. They are too heavy, complex and too fragile for the conditions. Same issues will beset the F16s.
