  1. Russia hasn't even targeted Kiev to any great extent yet. The parliament is still standing, Zelensky's fancy office is intact. The train station all the luminaries like David Lammy 🤭 arrive at still has platforms and a roof. One unwisely targeted Storm shadow and that could all change.
