  3. It's a starting point, Russia probably comes back with the same proposal as last July. Ceasefire for Bucharest +, although hardliners in Russia want a lot more now.

  4. It's a good start, an agreement in principal for a ceasefire. But of course it's not in Russia's interest to do that right now because they are on the offensive and Ukraine's defences are crumbling. I think they will only do it when a solid peace deal is agreed with at a minimum the conditions stated last July. They agreed to withdraw from Kiev April 2022 and then Zelensky reneged on the peace deal after Bojos visit. They are not going to do that again in my opinion.
