I love the overconfident plummy public school numpties who think they can lie to the public and in deference to their titles and accent we will accept their BS unquestionably. Sir Richard has been wrong about everything for the last year and a half and I wouldn't accept his recommendation for an ice cream flavour never mind WW3. The UK has 40 ageing tanks we could put in the fight against the thousands of modern Russian ones. Perhaps twenty thousand troops against the 1.5 million Russians (even before a full mobilization). NATO is a paper tiger and except for it's nuclear weapons the Russians would have no problem doing to same to London or Brussels as it has done to Kiev.
