I didn't hear anything about rejecting the plan in the video. Putin explained to them that Russia is still open to negotiation but that Ukraine has been totally intransigent, even creating a law to prevent any negotiation with him. The African delegation was messed witn Poland and lectured to by Zelelensky. No friends made in either country. By contrast the Russians hosted them gracefully and diplomatically.
