  2.  @j.f.m5936  The West doesn't care about the people of Ukraine. Blackrock fancies buying up the assets at cents on the dollar but that's the limit of actual interest. Ukraine is just a proxy force to hurt Russia that's all. So likely western endgame is just walking away now it's obvious they have lost.
