  1. Putin has just announced his ceasefire deal / ultimatum to Ukraine. Withdraw troops from the entirety of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporozhy, Kherson and declare Ukraine will never join NATO and Russia will halt offensive action and begin peace talks. NATO head Stoltenberg has ruled it out, even though the decision should be for the Ukrainian people. As a result I expect the conflict is about to enter it's most intense and devastating stage so far.

  2. There's a pattern. Putin gave an option before invading, the draft treaty sent to NATO. He gave an option after invading, the peace agreement in Istanbul. And he's giving his, I would say final, option now. I think he understands Karma and that's why he tries.
