  1. The Ukrainians aimed to capture the Kursk NPP and force the Russians to relocate troops from Donbas. Neither aim succeeded so they should retreat but Zelensky would be "embarrassed" if they did.

  3.  @rockbutcher   No problem. The British media have turned this conflict into a Kremlin soap opera because all they really care about is getting rid of Putin. So my comments are a bit didactic because I'm frustrated with them.

  6.  @rockbutcher  It's what the Russians believe. Completely consistent with the constant attacks on the ZNPP. If they got holed up there, like they do in other industrial areas, it would be very difficult to dislodge them without causing an ecological disaster.
