The British army would last a couple of weeks in Ukraine, especially now the Russians have declared that the conflict a counter terrorism operation which means the gloves are off. Also Ukraine never had nuclear weapons, they were Soviet Union weapons sited in Ukraine and Russia inherited those when the Soviet Union was dissolved.

@matt-f1c Russia inherited all the assets of the Soviet Union including the nuclear weapons in Ukraine. They agreed the Budapest Memorandum to avoid a war to get them returned to their owners. The West was very happy about that because it avoided nuclear proliferation and they had installed Yeltsin as their guy. I remember when Putin replaced Yeltsin there was a very public handing over of the nuclear football. As for CT, that means no negotiation with Zelensky or his regime.
