  1. The reporter is framing the summit as Russia desperate to break sanctions which is a superficial and ignorant take on a momentous occasion. Putin spoke about inevitable dedollarisation. In other words, the World decoupling from the dollar. This is a disaster for the USA, it's reserve currency status is the only thing keeping it afloat. And any talk of Russia being isolated is an arrogant refusal to face facts.

  2. Yes they do. They don't buy the Neocon propaganda and can see the way NATO expanded against assurances given. None of them trust the USA after Iraq and especially Libya.
