  1. Ukraine and the West didn't keep to their end of the "Grain Deal" so Russia let it lapse. They have said they will provide grain to any third world country that needs it from their own production free of charge. But the propagandists will say they are "starving the world" even though most of the grain under the deal was going to the EU to reduce the self inflicted food inflation.
