  3. The more they push the "it was mined" theory, the more I think it was a drone boat/sub - just like Ukraine has been using a lot. Remember Barnes Wallace devised a bouncing bomb explicitly to put the charge next to the dam wall underwater on the upstream side. Explosions are far more effective underwater.
