He says the Russian army is bigger and better than it was at the start of the conflict, exactly the opposite of Llyod Austin's assertion that Russia was being weakened. So far so good but then he states Ukraine was out manned at the start too which is completely wrong. Russia made the initial territorial gains despite being the much smaller force. This is why they were forced to withdraw in the Kherson and Kharkiv counteroffensives. As for North Korean troops, there is no evidence to support that it's most likely propaganda as is the North Korean shells story.
