  1. Some creative accounting going on. The USA has contributed the most to the proxy war in Ukraine by a long way. They are tagging contributions from EU countries and saying that's what the EU contributed, of course the EU doesn't have any money of it's own, it only has contributions from the member states. So then they can BS the American public into thinking that the USA needs to catch up. Clarkie would make a great timeshare salesman.

  5.  @Vercixx  In all the other graphs I've seen the "EU contribution" is attributed to the country which actually paid the money, mainly Germany. Doing that it's obvious that the USA is massively overinvested in this reckless failing proxy war, so is the UK.
