  1. Ukraine never had a chance to win militarily. It looks very much now that NATO doesn't either. NATO seems to be a paper tiger except for nuclear weapons - exactly the accusation made of Russia. The West gave up it's strategic industries so can't fight an extended attrition war against a peer power. An ideas otherwise is dangerous hubris.
